The purpose of this policy is to advise you as our customer, as to the services that can be expected from our nails salon, and the steps and procedure that can be taken if you, the customers are not satisfied with the services you receive from our nails salon.

Terms of Service: We offer complimentary repairs on all of our services. Any chipped or damaged nails will be taken care of within 7 days of the original service. However, as a courtesy to our employees and all of our lovely clients' time, all services are final and cannot be refunded. 

Disclaimer: Prices may vary based on the service(s) provided. The difference in price may change due to (not limited to) the complexity of the design(s), and intricate additional details (shape, color mixing). Our estheticians can handle all types of nails and have the ultimate decision on what constitutes additional time and skill for your service(s). Our team of professionals offers free consultations to make sure everything is priced accordingly. If you have any questions about your service, please reach out to the front desk when you check out.

We will re-do any service at no cost to you if you are unsatisfied with the quality of the work we do but you have to tell us immediately what you are not satisfy during the time you are getting your service done. Also, please notice that we will not re-do your service with no cost if our technician has confirmed and clear with you about your nails during the time service is going on. Due to your owns lack of care your nails or and damaged (in that they are broken, chipped or start to lift) we will charge the nails fix after 7 days.

As soon as you have walked out the salon door that means you have accepted and are happy with the service provided to your nails. We will charge you for the costs of any changed your mind.

We will NOT offer any refund or credit note because you have simply changed your mind
